This is a collection of free videos for those of you who are curious about Brahmani Yoga’s Online School but are not yet ready to sign up to our Self Study path for teachers or our 6 month mentorship program.

UPDATE

Because of the current pandemic we have teamed up with others across the globe to provide free resources for everyone to help you stay calm and connected. So for a limited time only we have added our FULL LENGTH masterclasses to our free resources. These Masterclass sessions were mostly filmed during her Level 2 Teacher Training or advanced workshops and a few were filmed especially for her online school – designed to empower teachers. There are 4 classes on offer

  1. Hip Strength
  2. Upper Back Strength
  3. Releasing the back line of the body into forward bends
  4. Opening and strengthening the side body

These four masterclasses are all over one hour long and the language used is aimed towards teachers but anyone can join in and practice with Julie!
