Masterclass: Hip Strength
This class works through layering the strength in the hips, mostly via the glutes (all 3 sections) in order to keep the lower back integrated. A lot of classes will focus on hip openers but most people end up losing strength in the pelvis from overstretching. Julie discusses the why's and why nots of over doing hip openers and keeping stability to pelvis. A lot of strong arm work in the class as well as we access the side body core.
